| The standard of education has been going down now a days. | آج کل تعلیم کا معیار تو پست ہو رہا ہے |
| Yes, even there is no comparison of today’s graduate and former matriculate. | جی ہاں آج کا گریجویٹ اس دور کے دسویں پاس کے سامنے ٹھہر ہی نہیں سکتا |
| It all depends on teaches. In past, they used to pay individual attention to the students. | یہ سب استادوں پر منحصر ہوتا ہے پہلے وہ طلبہ کی طرف ذاتی توجہ دیا کرتے تھے |
| In fact they were devoted and took interest in student’s welfare. | حقیقت میں وہ خدمت کے جذبات سے بھرے ہوتے تھے اور طلباء کی بھلائی میں دلچسپی لیتے تھے |
| Students were also obedient to their teachers. | طلباء بھی اساتذہ کا حکم مانتے تھے |
| And now a days they hardly know anything about their studies. | اور آج کل انہیں پڑھائی کا تو پتہ ہی نہیں |
| Really they are not good in their studies. | واقعی پڑھائی میں تو ان کا براحال ہے |
| Because they don’t take interest in their studies. | کیونکہ وہ اپنی تعلیم میں دلچسپی نہیں لیتے |
| Even the teachers. They only want to make money. | استاد بھی نہیں لیتے- وہ پیسہ بنانے میں دلچسپی رکھتے ہیں |
| When everyone is mad after making money, why shouldn’t the teachers do the same? | جب سبھی پیسے کے پیچھے بھاگ رہے ہیں تو اساتذہ اس دوڑ میں پیچھے کیوں رہیں؟ |
| It’s a pity that there are no selfless teachers now. | بڑے دکھ کے ساتھ کہنا پڑتا ہے کہ اس دور میں بے لوث اساتذہ نہیں |
| I think the only way out is to pay them good salary. | اساتذہ کی تنخواہ بڑھا دینا ہی اس کا ایک علاج ہے |
| I also feel that. | یہ تو مجھے بھی لگتا ہے |
| Radical changes are needed in our educational system. | ہمارے اس تعلیمی نظام میں بھی کچھ ضروری ترامیم ہونی چاہئیں |
| Govt. should undertake this responsibility immediately. | حکومت کو فورا ہی یہ ذمہ داری اپنے اوپر لینی چاہیئے |
| Educationists too should contribute to this cause. | تعلیم یافتہ صاحبان کو بھی اس مقصد میں حصہ ڈالنا چاہیئے |
